The Noble Dental Group In-Office Membership Plan

At Noble Dental Group, we understand that patients may not have dental insurance or may have out-of-network plans. To make quality dental care more accessible, we offer two in-house membership plans that are available at our Noble Dental, Quaker City Dental and Race Street Dental Care locations. These plans include comprehensive preventive treatments and exclusive discounts on additional services, helping uninsured and out-of-network patients receive the necessary care.

Both plans feature:​

• No annual maximums​
• No waiting periods
• No predeterminations​
• No service restrictions​
• No exclusions for pre-existing conditions​

Terms and Conditions

• This is not a dental insurance plan. This is a savings plan to lower the cost of dental care.
• Enrollment is effective immediately and continues for 12 months from enrollment date.
• Annual membership fee is due in full to enroll in plan and will automatically renew.
• Office continues to enforce existing appointment policy and fees with no reductions/changes.
• Two missed/broken appointments in a calendar year nullifies plan and causes forfeiture of member fee.
• A member who elects to cancel within 30-day trial period will be refunded annual fee minus costs of any care provided at office fees.
• Plan cannot be combined with any other in network insurance, dental plan, coupon or discount.
• Plan is nontransferable to another party and is subject to change.
• Specialty care provided in our offices by our specialists is applicable to your membership. No discounts for third-party or referred specialists.
• No prorated refunds after 30-day trial.
