Meet Dr. Parker Johnson, DDS

Dr. Parker Johnson discovered his love for dentistry after years of working at his father’s practice in his hometown of Saratoga Springs, NY. That is where he learned how high-quality dentistry and a patient-centric approach can truly change lives.
Dr. Johnson attended St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a degree in Liberal Arts. He maintained his passion for dentistry through community outreach, founding the university’s first pre-dental club, and mentorship with Dr. Paul Levi, a renowned periodontist and fellow alumnus. He went on to graduate from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, and attended Tufts School of Dental Medicine for a postdoctoral residency in Advanced General Dentistry.
An avid volunteer, Dr. Johnson frequently provides free dental care to those in need. He has traveled as far as Meru, Kenya, to offer dental services to local schoolchildren.
Dr. Johnson lives in Center City with his partner, a PhD candidate in Biomedical Sciences at Jefferson. Outside of the dental world, they get out and about into nature in any way they can: hiking, cycling, sailing, skiing, and climbing. He has currently explored 44 of the 63 National Parks and counting. Dr. Johnson actually grew up living on a boat throughout the Americas and can’t wait to do it again someday.
